We are currently looking for private lenders to help us bail out multi-family building owners and banks in the MN area that have been affective by the same adjustable rate mortgages that residential lending industry has been hit by. Private lenders will lend the necessary funds to purchase the buildings at 30-80% LTV, we improve the value and then refinance them out and earning above market returns (we are currently paying 10-12 % per year simple interest.
